The School and College Ability Test (SCAT), is a standardized test conducted in the United States that measures math and verbal reasoning abilities in gifted and talented children. This test is typically administered to students trying to gain entrance to gifted and talented schools or programs, like the John Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY). Parents can also request to take the test to participate in the CTY Talent Search.Our SCAT(TM) workbook provides a full length test for students so they can become accustomed to the questions found in the Verbal and Quantitative sections on the SCAT(TM) test.
