Welcome to New Earth and Paramis Altered, where dragons and mankind are now living side by side thanks to a magical, yet catastrophic event.

Justin Silas is a dragon, who can change into mortal form at will. When his world, Paramis, collides with Earth, death and destruction wreak havoc on both sides.

Cerras, a giant and god of Paramis, stirs, restless in his thousand year slumber. After breathing life into Paramis, he willed himself to sleep, allowing dragons and mankind to live in peace throughout the land.

But all is not well.

Lane, a traitorous dragon to her own kind, is turning both worlds against each other, in the hope of dominating all life, and usurping the throne of Cerras.  She longs to destroy the giant god with his own power and might succeed with the aid of powerful dark forces.

Yet fate lies with Charlie Underhill, a small boy from Earth, who – since the collision – harbors a special kind of magic all his own.  With the help of Justin and the wisdom of the Old Ones, he may be the only one to breathe life and peace back into a different new world, where two very different races and cultures collide.

When We Were Dragons is young adult adventure that will stir your imagination and tug at your heartstrings!  Reminiscent of our own trying times, this truly original twist on the dragon story is not to missed!
