The School and College Ability Test (SCAT), is a standardized test conducted in the United States that measures math and verbal reasoning abilities in gifted and talented children. This test is typically administered to students trying to gain entrance to gifted and talented schools or programs, like the John Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY).
